Job summary

GECU in Lubbock, TX is hiring a Member Service Representative to greet members, respond to requests, and promote products and services. You will process transactions in-branch or via ITMs and assist in delivering a friendly, secure member experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and solid knowledge of credit union accounts. You’ll work Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year similar or related experience.
• Knowledge of credit union accounts, file maintenance, and card services procedures.
• Awareness of security when handling cash, keys, and cameras.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and make exception decisions.
• Basic computing skills and familiarity with self-service channels.

Responsibilities
