Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months or more of customer service experience in a financial institution or related environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for helping others.
• Proficient computer and multitasking skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members through phone, email, and digital channels while building strong relationships and creating positive member experiences.
• Process account transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently, including transfers, loan payments, account maintenance, and other member inquiries.
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals while contributing to organizational growth objectives.
• Resolve member questions and concerns with professionalism, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Collaborate with team members, participate in ongoing learning opportunities, and represent FCCU in a positive and professional manner.
