Job summary

First Community Credit Union in Jamestown, ND is seeking a customer-focused Teller to assist members with everyday financial needs and deliver outstanding service. You will handle transactions, open new accounts, and cross-sell financial products to meet members' evolving needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous cash-handling preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment.
• Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change.
• Ability to communication, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide unsurpassed customer service to our members while maintaining our tradition of community trust.
• Cheerfully and in a professional manner, greet members in person, on the telephone, or by email and enjoy developing and nurturing relationships as you serve their financial needs.
• Process routine financial teller transactions for our new and existing members.
• Utilize product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet members' current and future financial needs.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs and increase member satisfaction.
• Provide engaging, personal service and project a positive image to our current and prospective members.
