Job summary

Firstmark Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver accurate transactions, thorough account servicing, and needs-based financial solutions that create an exceptional member experience.

In this frontline, cross-trained role, you will support branch operations by resolving inquiries, educating members on products, and handling deposits, accounts, and lending tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and respectful service across all member interactions.
• Resolve member inquiries and service issues using sound judgment and a solutions-focused approach.
• Build trusted relationships by actively listening and identifying member needs.
• Educate members on products, services, and digital tools to support financial well-being.
• Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts, IRAs, and related account services.
• Originate consumer loans (excluding Home Equity) in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
