Job summary

First Community Credit Union in Fargo, ND is seeking a member service representative to deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and digital channels, building lasting relationships. You will process account transactions, assist with transfers, loan payments, and account maintenance while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of customer service experience in a financial setting, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and multitasking

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience in a financial institution or related environment.
• Proficient computer and multitasking skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy.
• Detail-oriented and able to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members through phone, email, and digital channels while building strong relationships and creating positive member experiences.
• Process account transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently, including transfers, loan payments, account maintenance, and other member inquiries.
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals while contributing to organizational growth objectives.
• Resolve member questions and concerns with professionalism, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Collaborate with team members, participate in ongoing learning opportunities, and represent FCCU in a positive and professional manner.
