Job summary

Utah Community Credit Union is seeking an MSR I to deliver excellent member experience across in-branch interactions and digital channels. You will open accounts, assist with online banking, and process everyday transactions with accuracy and care.

You will build relationships, communicate clearly, and support branch operations while staying current on products and compliance to help members meet their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Working knowledge of Credit Union account and loan services, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer accounts and assist with online and mobile banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire transfers, checks, and card activity.
• Handle disputes, maintain balanced cash drawer, and perform audits and documentation.
• Provide prompt, courteous member service and reinforce UCCU products and services.
• Support branch operations, reporting, and training as needed.
