Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months of experience in a credit union MSR/related role within the past 3 years.
• Not in any stage of needed improvement for referral/sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and visitors in a prompt, friendly, professional manner.
• Process monetary transactions and branch requests accurately and securely.
• Maintain privacy and comply with credit union policies.
• Build member relationships by assessing needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Support dual control processes and balance daily cash drawer and reports.
