Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed service experiences to members via phone, email, chat, fax, or digital channels.
• Build and maintain member relationships while solving problems and promoting products.
• Handle fraud/identity theft/disputes related to cards, checks, ACH, and accounts.
• Document member interactions in Symitar Notes for a consistent experience.
• Adhere to security policies and clean desk principles to protect member data.
• Assist Spanish-speaking members when applicable and participate in team activities.
