Qualifications

• Knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
• Experience with consumer lending and related products.
• Familiarity with IRA, HSA, and Trusts.
• Proficiency in Visa card programs and digital banking tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common software.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed member service by telephone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Assist members with transactions and digital banking issues.
• Address fraud/identity theft concerns and document resolutions.
• Support Spanish-speaking members when applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance procedures.
