Midwest Fitness Partners is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience at a Planet Fitness location. You will greet members and guests and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, checking members in, processing new sign-ups, giving tours, updating accounts, answering questions, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming club.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• CPR certification required.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Upbeat and positive attitude; punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet gym members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Check members into the system and handle front desk activities.
• New member sign-up and tour of facility for prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts; respond to questions and concerns promptly.
