Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members; verify guests and program participants in the system.
• Process HRIS transactions with accuracy; daily close out and drawer count.
• Support membership policies and branch objectives; assist with member challenges.
• Provide feedback to improve service and respond to inquiries; resolve complaints.
• Collaborate with branch management; promote membership and program registrations.
