Job summary

SECU is seeking a Member Services Representative to help members with account openings, maintenance, and a full range of branch services. You will balance cash, process deposits and withdrawals, and support Notary duties as needed.

You will educate members on SECU products, answer questions across in-person, phone, and digital channels, and participate in community events to strengthen the Credit Union's presence.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist with account maintenance and opening for new members.
• Process tax-advantaged accounts, wires, currency exchange, and related banking services.
• Provide Notary Public services as requested by management.
• Educate members on products and services and offer quality referrals.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions across service channels.
