Champion Credit Union seeks a dedicated Member Service Specialist to deliver accurate, efficient, and personalized service while building trusted financial relationships. You will be the primary contact for member interactions, educate on digital tools, and protect member information in a fast-paced branch setting.

Key duties include processing transactions, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with teams to ensure consistent service delivery. Prior customer service is preferred.
