Embold Federal Credit Union is seeking a diligent Member Service Advocate to deliver world-class service to our members across deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries. You will open new accounts and explain benefits to build lasting banking relationships.

You will manage cash drawer limits, verify transactions, and help members access our exciting services and promotions while meeting sales and service goals.

Qualifikationen

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience is required.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual Spanish language differential pay exists for eligible employees.

• Provide member-focused solutions and transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers).
• Open new member accounts and guide members through services and promotions.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and perform cash handling duties.
• Cross-sell products and services to benefit members.
