Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible to work at any location as needed by business.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service to new and existing members and visitors.
• Process financial service transactions accurately while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities as first line of defense.
• Advance member relationships by asking questions and recommending solutions.
• Respond to general inquiries about information, products and services.
• Resolve member issues in a timely manner.
• Promote self-service resources and digital channel offerings.
• Participate in cross-selling initiatives and campaigns.
• Seek development opportunities through coaching, shadowing, mentoring and training.
• Meet management goals and ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Operate in a dynamic environment and maintain high professional standards.
