Broadview Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Associate to welcome members and visitors at the Central Ave Branch and support Capital Central Region locations. The role focuses on delivering professional service, processing transactions, and deepening member relationships.

The position emphasizes accurate service delivery, cross-selling, and promoting digital channels, with a starting compensation of $20.00–$21.00 per hour and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work at any location as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service to members and visitors.
• Accurately process financial service transactions while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities.
• Build member relationships by engaging with members and recommending solutions.
• Respond to general member inquiries related to products/services.
• Promote self-service resources and digital channel offerings.
• Actively participate in cross-selling initiatives and campaigns.
