Broadview Credit Union is seeking a friendly, service-oriented team member to greet and assist members, handle transactions, and support branch operations. You will promote digital tools and self-service options while ensuring a positive member experience.

Qualifications

Highschool Diploma (or GED) with customer service experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good oral, written and auditory communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Must be flexible to work out of any location, as business needs dictate.
Ability to lift at least 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding member service in a professional and friendly manner.
Accurately process financial service transactions while maintaining a cash drawer.
Act as a first line of defense in detecting and reporting fraud.
Advocate and build member relationships and deepen relationships.
Respond to general member inquiries related to products/services.
Problem-solve and resolve member issues promptly.
Promote awareness of self-service resources and digital channels.
Participate in cross-selling initiatives and campaigns.
Seek development opportunities through coaching and training.
Achieve goals set by management.
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
