Broadview Federal Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Associate to welcome members and visitors and deliver professional service that meets their financial needs. You will work at the South Pearl Street Branch and support branches within the Capital Central Region.

You will perform transactions, detect potential fraud, and promote self-service and digital options. Strong communication and interpersonal skills help deepen member relationships and achieve branch goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Able to work flexible hours and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service to new and existing members or visitors.
• Accurately process financial service transactions and maintain cash drawer.
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities as first line of defense.
• Engage with members to understand needs and build relationships.
