Qualifications

• Have a High School Diploma (or GED) and customer service experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and able to operate in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service in a professional and friendly manner to members and visitors.
• Accurately process financial service transactions while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities as a first line of defense.
• Build member relationships by asking questions, offering solutions, and cross-selling.
