Job summary

Broadview FCU in New York is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Member Service Associate to welcome members and visitors and deepen relationships. You will deliver professional service, process transactions, and support branch operations.

This role is assigned to the Patroon Branch and supports the Capital East Region. You will promote digital channels, cross-sell offerings, and participate in coaching and training opportunities while meeting goals and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible to work from any location as needed.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service to all members and visitors.
• Accurately process financial transactions and maintain cash drawer.
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities.
• Build relationships through conversations and solutions recommendations.
• Respond to inquiries about products, lending, and services.
