Job summary

Broadview Federal Credit Union in New York is seeking a Member Service Associate to welcome members and visitors, deliver professional service, and deepen relationships across the Schodack Branch and other Capital East Region locations (Troy Hoosick Street, Troy - Brunswick, Troy - HVCC, North Greenbush, East Greenbush).

You will accurately process transactions, detect fraud, promote digital resources, and contribute to branch goals while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work at any location as business needs dictate.
• Able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service to new and existing members or visitors.
• Process financial service transactions with a cash drawer.
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities.
• Build member relationships by asking questions and making recommendations.
• Respond to general inquiries about products and services.
• Resolve member issues in a timely manner.
• Promote self-service resources and digital channels.
• Participate in cross-selling campaigns and events.
• Seek development opportunities through training and coaching.
• Meet goals and comply with policies and regulations.
