Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative to be the face of the club, greeting members and guests with enthusiasm and delivering outstanding service. You will aid with membership sales, check-ins, and promotions while upholding Crunch's service standards in a fast-paced gym environment.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, reliable performance, and teamwork to maintain a grand-opening ready facility and a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a service-oriented role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and write proficiently.
• CPR/AED certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests warmly and engage with them.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges and programs.
• Handle front desk check-ins and phone calls.
• Keep the club clean and organized.
• Support opening/closing duties and events.
