Job summary

TDECU in Spring, Texas is seeking a frontline Member Center Associate to build lasting relationships with members through in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will educate members on digital banking options, troubleshoot issues, and guide them to solutions that fit their financial goals.

You will perform lobby engagement, process deposits and loan applications, and support cross-selling of products while delivering world-class service with accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; banking training preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience required; banking experience preferred.
• Strong numeric literacy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with a book of business through proactive outreach.
• Assist with deposit and loan applications and funding.
• Cross-sell products and refer to insurance, investments, and mortgage when appropriate.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and solutions.
• Resolve member inquiries promptly and professionally.
