Job summary

TDECU in Garland, TX is seeking a Relationship Associate to deliver a unique Member experience and improve financial wellbeing by handling deposits, withdrawals, account servicing, and consumer loans in lobby and drive‑up environments.

You will cross‑sell banking products, educate members on digital tools, resolve issues promptly, and participate in community initiatives while maintaining compliance and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in lobby and drive-up environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers and names.

Responsibilities

• Process basic and complex teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check orders, statement printing, stop payments, wire requests, and loan payments in lobby and drive-up environments.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts including savings, checking, certificates, and specialty accounts; complete loan applications and underwriting interviews.
• Build loan packages with attention to detail and assist with funding title work when needed.
• Own member issues through resolution, escalate as needed, and maintain professional, courteous service to support Net Promoter outcomes.
• Educate members on digital banking solutions and assist with online/mobile banking issues as needed.
