Job summary

TDECU is seeking a Partner Specialist to deliver expert member service in a Retail Banking setting, focusing on accounts, loans, and referrals to other TDECU products. This role supports complex issues, coaches colleagues, and ensures a high-quality member experience across drive-thru and lobby interactions.

Responsibilities include owning complex transactions, driving book of business, and partnering with lines of business to offer full financial solutions, including mortgage and insurance

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; additional training preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Member Service, banking, new accounts and lending.
• Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and ability to educate members on banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential members and deepen existing relationships.
• Open, close and service member accounts and loans.
• Handle complex member transactions and escalations with effective follow-up.
• Act as subject matter expert across Mortgage, Insurance, Wealth, or Business Services.
• Provide outstanding REAL service and help members navigate digital tools.
• Train and mentor new Member Specialists in playbook and product knowledge.
