Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. in San Diego, CA is hiring a Customer Service Associate at the Sam's Club front end. You'll provide member service, process purchases, resolve issues, assist with returns, and promote club products and services while maintaining a safe, organized checkout area.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications is preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and process purchases at the checkout area.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges per policy.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and assist with self-service technology.
