Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. in Apple Valley, MN is seeking a front-line associate to provide member service and maintain the checkout area. You will resolve member issues, process purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges per store policies.

You will also promote Sam's Club products, guide members on self-service technology, and help identify member needs while keeping a safe shopping environment. Training for new processes and programs will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve issues.
• Process purchases and handle payments, returns, exchanges.
• Maintain checkout area and organize merchandise zones.
• Guide members on self-service technology and assist purchasing decisions.
• Follow safety standards and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Assist with training of frontline associates and rollout of new programs.
