Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative in Franklin, MA. You will deliver exceptional customer service, greet members, assist with sign-ups, answer calls, and promote a warm, Judgement Free Zone. The role includes sales, tours, and maintaining clean facilities, with flexible full/part-time shifts.

Applicants should be 18+, willing to CPR/AED certify, and have basic computer skills. Benefits accompany full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and assist members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle membership tasks: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, balance collections, transfers.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct tours of prospective members and assess membership needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales.
• Regularly clean and sanitize equipment and Recovery Zone amenities; maintain restrooms.
• Walk club areas to address safety and cleanliness; report maintenance issues.
