Job summary

MVP Sports Clubs is seeking a Member Services Team Member to deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective members. You will handle check-ins, reservations, billing questions, and everyday inquiries at the service desk, while supporting program registrations and event participation.

You will also process POS transactions, maintain towel and laundry operations, assist with merchandising, and ensure a clean, organized facility. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume service environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at the Service Desk and check in.
• Assist with program reservations and billing questions.
• Provide timely, courteous, and professional customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of programs, events, and facility operations.
• Process point-of-sale transactions using CSI Software and handle cash.
• Communicate member concerns to the Manager and follow up as needed.
• Uphold clean towel supply and assist with member laundry.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and assist with routine cleaning tasks.
• Attend regular training sessions and maintain professional appearance.
