Job summary

STCU is seeking a motivated Member Consultant in Richland, WA to deliver exceptional in-person service to existing and new members across our retail locations.

You will handle transactional requests, conduct reviews of members' financial positions, and identify opportunities to expand relationships while aligning with STCU’s goal of being a first-choice financial institution for members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years' experience as a Teller, new accounts or service representative in a financial institution.
• Equivalent experience in a sales/service position may be considered.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Protect membership data and perform transactions with high accuracy per policy.
• Originate and expand member relationships by reviewing financial positions and recommending products.
• Exceed service expectations, resolve issues, and strengthen member loyalty.
