STCU - Spokane Teachers Credit Union in Washington is seeking a Member Consultant to deliver outstanding in-person service at our retail locations. You will conduct interviews with new and existing members, identify opportunities to expand relationships and present products and services that meet financial goals.

The ideal candidate has teller or service experience, strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience as a Teller, new accounts or service representative in a financial institution.
• Proficient MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Travel to other STCU locations may be required.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify members/account ownership to ensure access and perform transactional duties with high accuracy.
• Originate and expand member relationships by reviewing the member's financial position and recommending products.
• Exceed service expectations and strengthen member loyalty while delivering STCU's Here for Good promise.
