Qualifications

• One year of experience in a financial institution or retail/service-related position (MC I).
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Willingness to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, fingerprints and a national criminal background check, and renew annually.
• Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform branch functions including consumer lending, opening new accounts, and teller services.
• Strive for and hit sales and service goals with member best interests in mind.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with members and understand their journey to offer relevant products and services.
