The ideal candidate has teller or new accounts experience, strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, and a passion for building relationships while promoting STCU products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years' experience as a Teller, new accounts or service representative in a financial institution.
• Proficient MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Protect membership data and access with accuracy and proper controls.
• Originate and grow member relationships by reviewing financial positions and recommending products.
• Deliver outstanding member experiences and resolve issues to build loyalty.
