Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome potential members, assist with tours and sign-ups, and ensure a positive member experience. The role requires front desk duties, phone support, and updating member accounts, with emphasis on friendly service and problem solving.

The position reports to the Club Manager and offers full-time/part-time potential with non-exempt status, at a Planet Fitness location in the Rapid City area.
