Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong cash handling and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.
• Bondable is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service and answer questions for members and staff.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile at end of day.
• Protect confidentiality of member information and ensure security of records.
• Educate members on products and services and refer to appropriate departments.
