Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality member service at the front line.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions.
• Educate members on credit union products.
• Balance drawer and manage vault operations.
• Refer members to appropriate departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of member information.
