Job summary

GreenState Credit Union in Downers Grove is seeking a Member Service Representative to acquire, expand, and enrich member relationships while delivering exceptional service. You will balance cash, meet sales goals, and guide members to the right GreenState teams.

A strong focus on accuracy, integrity, and teamwork is essential. The role offers an hourly pay range of $24.02–$28.08 with a monthly incentive opportunity and progressive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of MSR or related sales/service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to balance cash and adhere to policies with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build member relationships and identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Conduct outbound calls and service members with accuracy and integrity.
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow cash handling procedures.
• Refer members to Wealth Management, Mortgage, or Insurance teams as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and comply with regulations.
