Qualifications

• Operate a multi-line switchboard and on-line computer terminals to process calls and basic member transactions; strong knowledge of Nautilus, Word, Excel, and E-Services.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line switchboard, assist members by phone and/or electronic communication, refer needs to the appropriate representative.
• Concentrate on building financial relationships with members, promote products and services, and arrange member appointments.
• Maintain knowledge of online banking and related services; educate members about Home Banking and e-services.
• Answer questions, resolve problems, and follow up on member emails to ensure satisfaction.
• May assist in training new employees and support other departments as needed.
