Job summary

GreenState Insurance Services LLC is seeking an MSR to acquire and expand member relationships while delivering excellent service in Omaha. You will greet members, balance the cash drawer, and identify opportunities for the right GreenState products and services.

The role emphasizes accuracy, integrity, and teamwork, with scheduled hours Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–12pm. Pay ranges from $21.46 to $25.08 per hour, with incentives and a progressive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of MSR or related experience.
• Strong sales ability and interpersonal skills to represent the credit union professionally.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to service standards while serving members.
• Greet members and guide them with a smile and name.
• Balance cash drawer daily per policy and cash handling rules.
• Build member relationships and uncover opportunities for additional products.
• Makes outbound sales calls to members on a regular basis.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and accounts.
