Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties in daily transactions and inquiries for members.
• Builds member relationships by recognizing financial needs and directing to the appropriate department.
• Balances and reconciles cash drawers and maintains a satisfactory balancing record.
• Educates members about product features and benefits of the Credit Union.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, checks, loan payments, and money orders.
