The role supports branch operations, participates in member education, and may travel to other west region branches as needed. A strong knowledge of credit union products helps you assist members effectively.

• Knowledge of credit union products and services and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members, process transactions, and provide account information.
• Verify member IDs and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and assist with vault balancing as needed.
• Assist with daily duties such as check processing, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Promote member education on products and services to meet cross-education goals.
• Support branch operations and training of team members as required.
