Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of progressively responsible experience within a financial institution.
• Preferably a BS in Marketing/Sales or Business.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of member sales and service functions to deliver the desired member experience.
• Listen to identify member needs by asking questions and offering solutions to build loyal relationships.
• Process loan applications, open new memberships, open IRAs, set up automated services, and support Call Center as needed.
• Explain ownership options and eligibility requirements for membership; ensure paperwork and signatures are complete.
