KALSEE Credit Union in Michigan is seeking a friendly and reliable Member Experience Representative to build lasting relationships with Members and provide exceptional financial guidance. You will help Members achieve financial wellness by recommending suitable products and services that save money, time, and add peace of mind.

Daily duties include handling cash transactions, deposits, and inquiries while ensuring accuracy, compliance with BSA/OFAC, and maintaining high service standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and use multiple software applications.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Cash handling and member service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver extraordinary member service and follow defined standards.
• Listen actively to assist Members and identify referrals.
• Perform cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC and internal policies.
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as answering phones and restocking.
