• Run cash and check transactions; balance cash drawer.
• Verify member IDs and checks; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Utilize Synergy, Instant Issue and DocuSign as needed.
• Respond promptly to communications by members and coworkers.
• Support service standards and contribute to a secure, welcoming branch.
