Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in member services or cash handling preferred.
• Ability to learn and use credit union software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and handle transactions accurately.
• Build relationships and educate members on products and services.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance at end of shift.
• Adhere to security and compliance policies (OFAC, AML, Red Flag).
• Assist with training and support of team members.
• Support branch operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
