Job summary

PFCU is seeking an Experience Specialist to support members with transactions, build relationships, and educate members about credit union products. This traveling role serves both the Caledonia and Lowell branches, requiring vigilant cash handling and adherence to service standards.

Experience levels I-III define advancement paths; we seek reliable team players who demonstrate accuracy, initiative and excellent communication. Training and schedule flexibility are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Level I requires 1 year of similar experience; Level II requires 2 years; Level III lead requires 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with courteous, accurate transactions.
• Maintain cash drawer and ensure balance with minimal guidance.
• Assist with account maintenance and member education on products and services.
• Lead by example at Level III, support branch operations and training.
