• Greet and sign up new members; conduct tours; update member accounts.
• Handle front desk tasks, information calls, check-ins and member signups.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager/Assistant manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
