Job summary

SECU is seeking a Member Services Representative to handle branch operations, explain products, and assist members across in-person, phone, and digital channels. The role includes cash drawer balancing, account maintenance, and Notary Public services as requested.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and have 2+ years of related experience. Community engagement and ongoing training are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; preferably higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and dependable.
• At least 2 years of SECU or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in account maintenance and opening accounts for new members.
• Open and process maintenance on tax-advantaged accounts; handle wires.
• Obtain and execute Notary Public services as requested.
• Educate members on products and services and make recommendations.
• Balance cash drawer; process transactions and service requests.
• Answer phones and assist members; operate drive-through as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
