Job summary

Broadview Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Associate to welcome members and visitors, delivering professional service to meet needs and deepen relationships. The role includes processing transactions, identifying solutions, and promoting self-service resources in a dynamic environment.

The position supports multiple branches within the Capital Northwest Region, with starting pay of $20.00–$21.00 per hour and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) and customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service in a professional and friendly manner.
• Process financial transactions accurately while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities as first line of defense.
• Engage with members to deepen relationships and recommend solutions.
• Respond to general inquiries related to products, lending, and services.
• Resolve member issues in a timely manner.
