Job summary

Gesa Credit Union in Washington State is seeking a diligent Member Service Associate to deliver outstanding service to members, handle teller transactions, and guide customers through digital banking tools in person at our Kennewick branch.

You will solve problems, refer opportunities to deepen relationships, and work with a friendly team to meet service goals while maintaining accuracy and security in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Some cash handling experience preferred.
• Proficient with varying levels of technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to all customers.
• Handle teller transactions accurately and timely.
• Refer and deepen member relationships.
• Assist with Digital Banking enrollment and maintenance.
• Support fraud disputes and security procedures.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling per procedures.
